My Top 3 Priorities

  • I want to ensure we have the safest schools with the most innovative and rigorous curriculum.
  • I want to continue to attract and retain the most qualified educators.
  • If elected, I will put students' needs first.

For the past 10 years, I have served you and the Redondo Beach School District as:

·       Executive Director, Redondo Beach Educational Foundation

·       Vice-Chair, Measure Q Bond Oversight Committee

·       President, Council PTA of Redondo Beach

·       School Site Council Member

·       PTA Executive Office Holder

I have focused on the achieving the highest standards of academic performance, reducing taxpayer costs through private donations, and prudently investing public funds.

My work as Executive Director of the Redondo Beach Educational Foundation helped realize an 86% increase in private donations.

I also serve as Vice-Chair of the Measure Q Bond Committee, the citizen watchdog team that protects taxpayers' $63 million investment in District infrastructure and technology.

Since 1992 my professional career has specialized in capital campaigns for private schools and the City of Hope Cancer Center.

The parent of a Redondo Union High School 9th grader and an Adams Middle School 6th grader, I know our School District as an executive, a volunteer, and a mom.
