Mis 3 prioridades principales

  • Environmental Protection -- The Santa Cruz Small Craft Harbor is the Gateway to the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary, and it is our obligation to protect all of our coastal marine resources.
  • Public Service -- The harbor is a place designed and built for boats, and boaters. It is also a major regional destination for the public to enjoy. The harbor offers public access to Monterey Bay, via charter boats, fishing, and safe beach uses.
  • Fiscal Responsibility -- The harbor now operates with an annual budget of approx. $7-million/year -- without ANY taxpayer revenue. We operate the harbor with a balanced budget with user revenues, such as slip rents, business leases, parking, etc.
