Mis 3 prioridades principales

  • Promoting a thriving local business economy - through partnership, vision, and zoning refinements
  • Prioritizing city infrastructure improvements - streets, sidewalks, sewers, facilities, and storm drains - all our critical foundation for the future
  • Launching Hermosa's first master plan in almost 40 years (PLAN Hermosa) - Plans so not equal results. Execution planning and accountability is key

Filosofía política

Public governance is a sacred trust with the community it represents. I firmly believe in setting up the circumstances to ensure that everyone with an opinion has the opportunity to be fully heard and considered in the key decisions that impact the community.  Inclusiveness always brings about the best possible outcomes in my experience.  And, while it is impossible to please everyone in every instance, my hope and intentions as a candidate for a City Council seat in Hermosa Beach are that as we will work together toward our even brighter future by leveraging all of the skills, experience, heart and will of all our residents in the process of shaping our future so that the community can get fully behind the final decisions as fellow neighbors who respect one another and have faith in the process. A focus on balance, give-and-take, mutual respect and good will are the keys to getting there.
