My Top 3 Priorities

  • Revitalize North Redondo Beach
  • Take steps to mitigate traffic issues in District 4
  • Stop overdevelopment by re-drafting the General Plan

I grew up in Redondo Beach, and I come from two generations of Redondo Beach residents.  My husband and I raised our son here, and we hope he will raise his family here as we look forward to walking our grandchildren to our neighborhood school.

We need to bring this city together.  Build trust between residents and our city council; and move past the gridlock that has kept our city stagnant for too long.  That’s why I organized my neighbors to have their opinions heard on the South Bay Galleria development.  I believe our future and the Vision for Redondo Beach should include community solutions.

I’m committed to improving public safety by maling sure our police and fire departments are up to full force.  The health, prosperity, safety and well-being of our city is insured by the relationships and foundation upon which we build our Police and Fire Departments.

Our streets and infrastructure are in need of improvement.  We need to do a better job of reducing traffic congestion and address dangerous and "F" rated intersections throughout our City.

I intend to focus on revitalizing the Artesia corridor by working with our City Manager and encouraging new businesses to make our district more prosperous, more attractive and an asset to the community.

We have a growing homeless population that is in need of assistance, and we need to address their needs, as well as provide better services with the Beach Cities Health District for our Senior Citizens.

I know we can achieve our common goals if we work together.

I look forward to discussing any questions or issues you may have regarding Redondo Beach.

Political Beliefs

Political Philosophy

My Political Philosophy is "We the people for the people."  Politics has no business making decisions which potentially endanger the health, prosperity, well-being and safety of any community, city or state for the purpose of personal, financial or party gain.  Our government, no matter the capacity, should put the welfare of the body it governs above all else.
